This is our signature 55 minute barre class, a perfect combination of basic ballet moves, Pilates, strength training and stretches. The class consists of a 30-40 minute standing workout at the barre, matwork with a focus on the core and a relaxing cool down - full body, low impact workout to make you feel stronger, more confident. 
Our beginner's class is perfect if you've never tried barre before and our regular barre class is a more advanced, mixed level class.
