Designed for runners, swimmers and cyclists; open to all! Enjoy a traditional mat class with an emphasis on proper breathing, correct spinal and pelvic alignment and smooth flowing movement, allowing athletes to access each part of the body separately, and become familiar with their functional mechanics. It will increase agility, core strength and body awareness.
