If you'd like to keep track of the workouts you've already done, you can download and print this handy checklist. I would also like to introduce our new 'Featured workouts' section - you can combine 2 or 3 of these videos for a longer workout.

Some of you may already know, I have released a new workout programme designed especially for beginners - meet Good Start. You have access to all of the workouts, of course and can download the guidebook that goes with it.

This is definitely not your average Pilates class. Veronika has combined all her knowledge and experience from teaching Pilates, barre and movement classes for more than 10 years. She designed a class that's the perfect blend of traditional mat Pilates, strengthening exercises and ballet-based moves, all done on the floor. Tone and sculpt your body like never before!
This class runs every Wednesday at 7.15pm at the studio.
