If you'd like to keep track of the workouts you've already done, you can download and print this handy checklist. I would also like to introduce our new 'Featured workouts' section - you can combine 2 or 3 of these videos for a longer workout.

Some of you may already know, I have released a new workout programme designed especially for beginners - meet Good Start. You have access to all of the workouts, of course and can download the guidebook that goes with it.

Barre and Pilates
Are you feeling nervous about joining a group class? Do you enjoy working out alone or with friends/family ? We offer private barre and Pilates sessions and anything in between to achieve your goals and dreams! You can choose 1, 3 or 6 or 10 sessions.
Don't hesitate to get in touch for more information about availability. Prices start from £30/session for private classes, £15 for small group sessions.
